钨钢是碳化钨的俗称,英文是 Tungsten Carbide ,当然除了碳跟钨之外还加了钴以及其他的合金材料以增加他的机械性能..钨钢的硬度很高,所以常用来做为切削刀具的材质。
钨钢一般是用粉末烧结的方式制成..将钨粉末丶碳黑粉末丶用作结合剂的钴金属粉末以及其他合金粉末混合後,施以高压,在高温下烧结而成。
钨钢的机械性质主要由两个部分影响,第一个部分是钴的含量..含量越高硬度越低但是韧性较好..个是粉末的粒径,粒径越小越耐磨,但是成本较高。
